"Lauren" came to us as a retiree and promptly took over the house.  She shares the humans' bed, tells the other dogs what to do and generally gets her own way. She's also the best head cocker you've ever seen, as well as THE most opinionated creature in the family. Lauren "The Bagel", is dearly loved. 

Not only a great companion, Lauren wasn't a bad show dog in her day. "The Bagel" won 13" Best in Sweeps in the 1992 Beagle National, as well as the open class. She finished her championship at 9 months old. At 8 years old, she returned to the show ring under her 'Dad's' handling and won Best Veteran at 1999 Bristish Columbia Beagle Specialty.
